Can I get a customized or personalized order?

I love to customize! Custom listings are available for signs. There is a $3.00 design fee in addition to the cost of the item. This includes a proof sent to you for approval as well as 2 design edits. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged.

Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?

How do I clean my sign or doorbell surround?

I use outdoor rated paint and laser engrave lettering and designs on my signs. Doorbell surrounds and signs are made out of a UV resistant laminate. As with everything that is left outside, they won't last forever! To prolong the life of your sign, I recommend keeping it out of the elements as much as possible.

Signs and doorbell surrounds can be wiped down with a damp microfiber cloth to clean.

What is your response time if I message you?

I try my best to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please keep in mind this is a small business with one employee! Thank you for your patience.

What do I do if my package hasn't yet arrived?

If your item has not been delivered please check the tracking number provided for your order. You may also sign up for alerts from USPS to see where your package is.

Please note that free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail and does not include insurance in case of loss or damage. Buyers may choose to upgrade shipping to include insurance (Priority Mail) at checkout.

Seller is not responsible for items lost by USPS and refunds will not be issued until a missing mail search has been filed and completed by USPS. Refunds may be available if USPS is not able to locate the package. Refunds are not available for items marked delivered. Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are being sent to the correct address.
